I am a A-FOR-POA specialist and author of the study guide, Master Principles of Accounts. My approach is highly organised, and I strategize my classes to be in tandem with the school teachers’ speed so that my students are able to grasp knowledge easier in class. I give my students my all and ensure that they fully understand and perform well during tests and exams.
Having taught in mainstream schools as a POA relief teacher, I structure my teaching style by reading into students’ and teachers’ challenges in a classroom setting and changing it such that it suits my students learning capabilities. I put myself in my students shoes to fully understand their struggles and encourage them to go on and achieve the impossible.
Most of my students start off with F9 and end up with As and Bs. In 2016, 100% of my N level students scored an A FOR POA and 95% of my O level students scored As and Bs.
My personal aim is to attain a 100% A FOR POA for all my students. I expect to attain this by pushing my students to understand what they are doing and not just simply memorising it. It is key for students to make sense of POA as it can be applied to the real world and can be made fun if really understood well.
